Marlena Flynn Lloyd, known as Flynn, and/or Talking Robot, is a multi-media artist and filmmaker from Los Angeles.
Talking Robot is the nick-name Flynn was given when, at around 3 years old, she needed a physical "off button" to stop talking.
She enjoys exploring her curiosities of human connection, self expression, and cultural definitions through nonfiction film, animation, photography, aural pieces, and written journalism. Flynn's work aims to approach open ended questions about social taboos and identities with sincerity.
Currently, Flynn is based in Los Angeles and is working as an Archival Producer for Netflix's UNTOLD. She was also the Clearance Coordinator for American Conspiracy: The Octopus Murders, also streaming on Netflix.
